Calling All Cardinal Football Fans

Just wanted to let you know that the Mirantos have been working on a "Get Together" for the SJFC Cardinal Football Parent Boosters on Saturday, January 26th (Day before the banquet) at The Landing (Owned by Chris Pierri's parents). Details are still being worked out, but I understand they are looking at possibly doing dinner there and the establishment provides entertainment.

Karen contacted a hotel near The Landing and obtained a block of rooms and here is the information: I stopped by the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa yesterday and reserved a block of rooms for the 'Fisher Football Parents'. Their website is www.woodcliffhotelspa.com. Check out the website. The hotel has several amenities. It is only a few miles from the Landing and the Burgundy Basin. Very close to the East View Mall. It is a very nice hotel and they have a shuttle (based on availability) We were given a rate of $129.00 per night. The normal rate for that night is $144.00. They also have a bar that is open until 2am (if there are still people there). Feel free to make your hotel reservation anytime!

BANQUET: Date Change

Coach Vosburgh just informed us that the banquet date has been moved to January 27...that way it will not conflict with the NFL playoffs. The time will remain at 1:00pm. See you all at that time. Happy Holidays!

Great Season

Now that my fingers have finally thawed out, I can type this blog entry. What a game. It was so nice to see some new faces sitting, talking and sharing some great memories of our year in the Hospitality Room the night before the game! What a great year!

We lost to an excellent football program and we walked out of there with Fisher Pride. What we didn't lose, was the fact that we have some excellent gentlemen on this team, some excellent coaches and just a great parent group...second to none. The friendships that we've made, we hope will continue. To our Seniors and their parents...THANK YOU! You have brought to life the real meaning of friendships and Fisher Spirit!

Hopefully, the legacy of our tailgates will live on for years to come. AND...to the DMT's you will always be welcome to the tailgates in the future...same Kramer time...same Kramer channel! See you all at the banquet! As more information is communicated to us on the banquet, we will post on the blog and also get out to you through the email.
